"My experience was great! I called on December 12th to see if they had an AT&T DECT 6.0 cordless phone with answering machine in stock. I was a bit naive about J&R and the gentleman on the phone anticipated all my possible questions, told me it was there and said he would put one on hold for me to pick-up the next day. I was reluctant because I was not sure I could make it into the store, but he told me that was fine. I didn't even have to give my credit card number. Then I asked about two holiday CDs. He told me that, although they appeared to be in stock, it was difficult to say if they might be there tomorrow and that reserving those items was not possible. But he did tell me where to check for them when I arrived the next day. I then promptly received an e-mail with all the pertinent information (the phone rep had given it to me, but told me I would get this, as well). The next day I went first in search of the CDs. I could not locate them in the shelved stock, but one of the floor salespeople helped me find them in the understock. I was thrilled! Then I went to pick up the phone and it was painless. They found the order immediately and I was in-and-out in minutes. The entire experience gives me faith in good customer service!"

"Excellent to deal with. Had a shipping issue when placing order online. Sent an email and made a phone call the following day. The shipping priority had already been made, via email, by the time I had called. The unit ended up coming in early and we received it at least a week early. Will definitely purchase from J&R again."

"Hi, I had a very good experience with J&R, specially the sales rep. - Carmine. Carmine was very very patient (i don't live in the US, and my accent is not so good...), and knew every detail I asked about. Carmine personally made sure the shipping was very fast.
Yesterday the notebook didn't turn on (some problem from factory), and we decided to return it back.
Again we called, and in just 2 mins we got return approval from Synthia.
Excellent customer service. We'll definitely purchase again in the future at J&R.
