"On 11/17 I was sent an e-mail to the effect that the shipper had posted a return label which I could print up (UPS Label delivery #1Z11X0209091207850). Since I do not own a printer, I will be unable to use this procedure. On 11/18 I was sent an e-mail from Gracie at customer service giving me a return authorization number (875858) indicating that I would receive printed return labels by mail within 1 or 2 days. It has now been 3 business days and I have not yet received the labels. I will be better able to give a review of this purchase after I have received the labels and returned the merchandise."

"We are highly pleased with the price, delivery and performance of the Omron blood pressure monitor we bought on line. It is a remarkably compact and easy-to-use package of electronics and pneumatics, smaller than the cuff alone for an old-fashioned blood pressure gauge, and no skill is needed to use it.
J&R also courteously received our request that it gain approval to charge future medical purchases to a flexible spending account."

"the customer service is very unhelpful. I bought at J&R to have a serious customer service and now having an issue with my product, the only information they give is to call the manufacturer. What's the point of an electronics dealer if it does not help?
EDIT, after J&R answer: OK, so what you say is, as an Electronics specialist, you offer 30 days support for purchases. No problem, any random reseller is probably cheaper and offers the same service (i.e. barely anything). As I first said, I believe J&R does not bring any more confidence or added value than any random reseller.
About the year period (my request was made precisely 1 year and 10 days after my purchase), it matches the warranty period. For any problem I ever had with electronic products, I always contacted the reseller, not the manufacturer. So, once again, no added value to buy at J&R."

"I needed a walkie headset for a new job, and I needed it fast. J&R had what I needed, for a reasonable price, and turned around my order for delivery almost instantly. And even though I ordered standard shipping, I didn't wait more than a day for my headset to arrive. I ordered online, and the process was pretty much seamless. If the price was right, I'd buy from them again."
