"Originally ordered the wrong size, contacted company for an exchange. Was instructed to return the original order (which took forever to receive after ordering) , cancel the order, then re-order the correct size all over again! Had to pay for shipping to me and back to them plus shipping of the correct handles back to me. Very inefficient operation. And the costs incurred have driven the cost for the handles way up albeit, the original order was my mistake. However, 2 weeks after they received the original order back, they have yet to issue my refund!"
Beautiful Knobs and Handles - Return process not easily processed
"The handles were perfect! Except I ordered the wrong size on some of them. The return process was not easy to follow. Took almost two weeks to get an email with 'how' I was to return them and I was charged shipping, even though I re-ordered the same handles in the correct size. So, with a 're-stocking fee as well as the 12.00 shipping fee, I won't be getting much of a return."
"Knobs are great, good prices, nice quality, delivery was okay, I really wasn't in a hurry for the. I was disappointed that the web site said free shipping on over $49 and I was charged shipping. I ordered $133 and still was charged shipping. I wrote my question about paying shipping in the comment section before submitting the order; order was made end of May, now middle of June, have never had anyone reach out and explain the shipping charges. If I use this company again, I'll know to disregard the Free Shipping."

The employee informed us the order was out for delivery that day. "Knobs4Less is excellent! I ordered Top Knob brand handles. Knobs4Less had a "no restocking fee" in case I did not like the handles that I ordered. A lot of other companies charged to restock. The only problem was there was no template for the screw holes. This had nothing to do with Knobs4Less but a problem with Top Knobs."
