"Found a gorgeous pair of in-season boots -- I generally don't make online purchases unless there's free shipping, but even with the additional cost the shoes were 65% off retailer price. Was later contacted about inventory issues and offered a different size; told that the shipping would be refunded as well if it didn't work about. Luckily, they fit well :) The box/shoes came in perfect condition.
I do think that the item titles/descriptions need work -- before I read reviews about the site, I wasn't sure if Konasports was legitimate because of this. I'm glad I didn't end up with fake Tims...
I'll definitely be buying from Kona in the future!"
