Still left in limbo
"It was supposed to be shipping out on Tuesday. I called Wednesday and they didnt have any information about shipping yet but said it would ship soon. Now its Friday and still no shipping email! At least communicate if theres a delay!"

Shipment damaged Item delivered out of box and missing parts
"I am a returning customer and prior to placing my order I called to talk with the agent to see if she had an active promo code or coupon for returning customers. I had advised her that I had signed up for email and promotions but have never received any emails for kotulas. She offered nothing and would not budge. I proceeded to place my order. I received the order today and as the guy was taking it out of the truck I could clearly see all the packaging was destroyed. Parts were coming out. I told the delivery guy to check to make sure no parts were in his truck and of course he said nothing was in his truck. He left and tonight when removing remaining packaging for trash pickup I notice parts are missing; parts that now I will either have to go to Home Depot to purchase screws etc to assemble or have to wait for kotulas to ship the parts. I ordered the galvanized planter boxes such that I could start my garden this weekend but cannot use them or assemble them without the screws and other missing parts. I know this is a frustration however items should have been properly packaged to prevent this from happening. The packaging was insufficient and almost looked to be an item returned as there was so much cellophane packing tape all over the box. Very disappointed that I am potentially loosing another week or having to spend extra money and time to hunt down parts at Home Depot or other store. This may be my last order from kotulas......"

Wow! Incredibly impressed.
"I had never heard of this website and to be honest, was a little nervous ordering from them because of that. But they carried there exact toy my niece had asked for for her birthday at an incredible price, so I thought I'd go for it. They shipped it incredibly fast, and it absolutely made my niece's whole day. Her birthday party was canceled due to the corona virus outbreak, so having this delivered to her on time meant so much to our entire extended family. Thank you! I will be back!!"
