Not happy!
"25% of the cost was shipping and the scheduled delivery date is 10 day out from the shipping date. I won't order from them again. Not happy. Next time I will order from amazon where I can get it in 2 days. Also had I know that they use fedex I definitely wouldn't have ordered it."

"I placed my order on the 5th and have yet to receive a email stating it had shipped. I called yesterday and was told it had shipped and that it would arrive today. The lady I spoke to said she would email me a tracking number which I never received. The item has yet to arrive."

"The item was exactly as advertised and shipping was very fast. However, assembly of the chair was difficult as the needed screwdriver was not included in the package. A short, "stubby" screwdriver is needed to install the screws that attach the seat--there is very little room to get a normal screwdriver to work and applying pressure to get the screws started is hard to achieve."

Jackalope way better than expected!
"The taxidermied Jackalope was so much better than we expected. Fine craftsmanship, great pair of antlers, even the rabbits ears were done well. The mounting was quite handsome, and easy to hang! The shipping was really fast, and we are really happy with our purchase."
