"My experience with this school started off shaky due to some communication issues. I was not very confident in sending my child to this school initially because I was receiving the run around about enrollment, communication was lacking, and I had read a negative review about the center. After finally speaking with the director, I was a lot more comfortable with trying this school out because the director addressed my concerns and apologized several times about the communication issues. Since my child has been attending the school, we have not had any issues, I just would like to know more about how my child is developing academically and socially. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. They seem as though they have a great relationship with my child. My child looks forward to going to school everyday."
"School was ok when my child first started but since then they have gone through 3 directors and countless teachers. Need more reliable and certified staff. There are a couple foods ones left but they are very overwhelmed with the about of kids and no good help."
"In general it has been good. Up until recently and since the arrival of the new director and assistant director the way my kids feel about daycare and the way we feel when interacting with them just doesn’t feel good anymore"
"We actually see the experience our son gets out of the school when he gets home. He is learning lots of words and phrases now. We also like that him being at school helps socialized him. We see a big difference compared to our friends who keep their kids home instead."
"Ok. They are quick to make change and enforce compliance instead of giving a week or more heads up. They don't put the transition of the kids on the forefront. Just hold them back because they filled up the older rooms too full. Now you're kid has to stay in a room they have grown out of. This doesn't help them. It happens every time she goes to transition. Very frustrating."
"I have loved the school for the last 3-3 1/2 years. But this last year has just been awful. I have had more problems than i can count on 2 hands. My kids have ended up with things that they should have never ended up with because sanitation wasn’t being done every single day many times a day. I’ve had to miss out of work because this company is so money hungry that they don’t work with parents to get tuition paid, they just tell you the day of, or at 9pm the night before, that your kids can’t come to school. Doesn’t matter if your a single mom with no help around and can’t find a babysitter at the spring of a hat or that you get only paid 2 times a month so can’t pay daycare every week. The director is very unprofessional with the staff. Numerous teachers have quit because of the director. I am sooo disappointed with this school now. I am 100% considering moving my children to a different school and the ONLY reason i have not is because of a handful of my children’s teachers, and Barb."

"The director is wonderful but the turnover is very high. Every time there is a new teacher in the room there is a learning curve; they stop using and updating the app, I feel like they are more careless. Every time we get a teacher in that is engaged and involved and learns about our child and loves our child, they leave."

"This facility has the highest turn over rate than any other business. Director doesn’t know how to hire quality teachers. There are only a few great teachers there. The rest are basically baby sitters."

"My experience overall has been good. I had a few bumps in the begging getting adjusted and comfortable, However the director has quickly addressed any issues or concerns I have had with professionalism and timelines. She does her job well and holds the center up and running appropriately. I do feel some of the teachers need better training before holding their own classrooms. Some of them are not quite mature enough and or skilled enough to understand the major responsibility they have to these children and to the parents. Some of them are young and maybe just staring their educational/ care taking journey. I believe they would be more successful under a well seasoned teacher before handling large groups on those own."
"I really like the staff, and there understanding of when opportunities arise. I think they do a great job and have a genuine concern for the children. I do think they are understaffed and would like to see a one on one program for individual growth."
