"My experience at the school is generally all positive except for interactions with the director. She can be very rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, she enforces rules only when it suits her. As an example, I dropped my daughter off earlier than normal one day and was told that they don't have staff to accommodate my daughter at that time (which was also followed up by a note in the parent newsletter); however, I routinely drop my daughter off when her classroom is not in compliance with ratios. I also find her written communication skills very unprofessional. I feel that her first priority is ensuring that no one can blame her for anything. As an example, she often vents in the newsletter regarding staffing issues which I find unprofessional and unnecessary."
