"Long story made short -I searched online for some specialized lighting and found Lectrons.com I called their number for more info and was surprised to find their phone no longer in service. Hmmmm. Also on their site was a PayPal logo but nowhere to pay by those means. I wrote Lectrons saying I suspected a scam and unless I heard from them soon, would buy from another vendor.
I got tired of waiting for a response and found Kolmart,com, from which i o0rderd the bulbs. I paid via PayPal, got an email receipt and... waited. Kolmart indicated they would notify me when my order was shipped. A week passed -No notification.
I wrote Kolmart I would write a negative review in Reseller ratings if i didn't soon hear from them. I started that process by "registering" with reseller ratings, and notified Kolmart I was beginning this proccess.
I immediately received a letter from Lectrons/Kolmart - Jon Young at ***-***-**** - saying Lectrons is moving to Kolmart and "I see you have placed and order on Kolmart.com...and we will get those to you directly..."
I wrote back saying thank you, and if I receive the order all's well. If not I will write an unfavorable review of both companies on Reseller ratings.
Then, oddly, I received a Paypal REFUND !!!
I wrote back. No reply. No reply, no notification of shipping, nothing.
I really cannot figure these people out, and will shop elsewhere."
