Great 1st Experience
"1st time using and went great. Design was easy to use and great selection available. One of my colors was not available after ordering but I was contacted and given choices available to replace it and they handled it well. Process was smooth. Took a little longer than expected but it was Christmas time and big freeze up across the country. Will definitely use again. Thanks."

Overall a Great Option
"I've used LogoUp several times. The quality of the merchandise and embroidery work is always top notch. Time to delivery is a little longer than some. If they do not have a specific product customer service will notify you to see if you want to substitute another color, product or delete it from the order. They need to have an option to wrap caps as a group and not individually.
Overall one of my trusted go to vendors for logo merchandise."

Order messed up
"I've been buying items from LogoUp for several years and I've always been very happy but this last time not so much. Ordered 3 personalized jackets and instead of having a different name on each jacket as requested, they put the same name on two of them. They are in the process of making me a new one with the correct name on it but it is still in production and wasn't here in time to be given as a gift at our Christmas party. I was bummed and so was the recipient who the gift was for. At least they are trying to make it right but I'm still bummed."
