Great company.
"I have been ordering ammo from Lucky Gunner for several years and have never had the slightest problem. My order is always been delivered within 3 days after my order and never has the package been damaged. I've had a few orders with other companies and was left wondering if I would ever receive the product. I've read some of the negative reviews and it seems to me that they are mad because they didn't read the product description or they didn't fill out the order form correctly. Like I said, I have a stack of order forms from this company and never had any problem at all."

Deceptive Website.....
"Due to the ammo shortage, I've had to shop around the web, looking for bulk ammo retailers, and noticed this vendor had the ammo I was looking for, in stock. Unfortunately, the fact that the ammo I had already purchased, was designed for target practice, which is barely mentioned in the description of the item. Of course, the ammo was already shipped, when calling to change my order. They will not get any of my business again."

"Online ordering portal kicked me out saying that my billing address/shipping address was not to the same person. It is. Could not rectify through customer service. The e-mail exchange was polite, but fruitless."

"So I'm leaving this on a few sites because I'm so shocked at how little this company gives a crap about keeping customers.
I'm a first time customer, bought some shotgun ammo as I jumped on it when I saw it was available. Did not realize or catch that they were blanks.
Open up the box today realized what it was called up to confirm this
(note: I'm straight-up newbie when it comes to guns).
I expected of course to pay for the shipping since this was obviously my mistake.
The gentleman who answered was polite and professional and basically said sorry we ever no return policy unless it's defective.
I was a little stunned because this was obviously a straight-up mistake and it baffled me that they wouldn't take it back and even give store credit for a future purchase because I would have been happy to continue buying from them.
Just know if you buy from this company don't expect them to be favorable to helping you in the slightest.
Possibly the crappiest customer retention policies I've ever heard of"

Unbelievable Service!
"I have only recently placed two orders with Lucky Gunner but in both cases, they were shipped immediately, received exactly what I ordered & packages arrived in great condition!
Due to recent ammo shortages in almost every caliber, it is either “hit or miss” finding ammo from either retailers or online.
Not the case with Lucky Gunner! They are now my go-to for ammo in a variety of calibers!
If it is posted on their site, they have it in stock, so no more waiting for your order to be processed then find out its back ordered like other companies!
Can’t say enough good things about Lucky Gunner & their service!
Talk about fast shipping…both orders I placed I received the next day without any special extradited shipping charges!
I now call Lucky Gunner the “Amazon of Ammo...Ammozon” !

Extremely fast shipping, even in the midst of a pandemic
"I ordered three boxes of ammo from LG's website, and my package was on my doorstep in less than two days. I had previously ordered the same thing from a different online reseller, that was March 27, today is April 14 and they still haven't shipped. LuckyGunner will be getting my business now."
