Life changing!
"This has been a life changing experience at Luther Rice College & Seminary. After being in ministry over 20 years, it’s like I started all over, but the right way. This experience has been so humbling, and the Professors and staff truly reflect the image of Christ! They are all so professional and graceful in all of their interactions, and this calmed my nerves after transitioning from another TheologIcal college. God bless you, and love you!!"

They Care!
"I was encouraged to attend Luther Rice by a few friends who received their Mdivs here and so far it has been an incredible experience. I am pursuing a bachelors in Christian ministry and doing everything on line. The website is easy to navigate. Expectations are clear and teachers are willing to help. Though I am doing everything online I still feel like I have a great relationship with my teachers. This is a great school with a great staff and I would encourage anyone wanting to further their Christian education to pray about attending Luther Rice, and then do it."

Best online seminary
"So far, my experience at Luther Rice (LR) has been nothing but enjoyable. The professors are knowledgeable, friendly, and humble. They are very considerate of situations of people like me who are taking graduate level classes while taking care of family, work, church etc.
Yet, the professors are firm. They set their expectations high while at the same time supporting the students at every turn to succeed.
Above all, The professors take the message of the Bible seriously. Here is the kicker: LR is the least expensive among the top conservative seminaries I have checked out.
I strongly recommend LR!!!!!"

A Little Overwhelming
"I am presently taking 6 graduate hours and the work is a little overwhelming for a person with a family and a full time job. If I take only 1 class a semester it will take 4 years to complete my degree and I don't think I can afford to go to school that long. I need a better paying job sooner than that to help take care of my family or quit pursing this degree."

"Faithing" My Fears with God Leading the Way
"As a first-semester student in the Summer of 2019, I am thankful to God for helping me "Faith" my fears. I started off very unsure about matriculating well in an online environment, since it has been 30 years since earning a Masters in Computer Science (Technology) in a traditional setting. It was also quite challenging to have double assignments for the first 4 weeks in both classes since the summer term is 11 weeks, but still 15 weeks of work.
WELLLL... God showed up and showed out since I learned how to apply everything I learned in TECHNOLOGY to make huge strides in THEOLOGY!!! He showed me how to strategically "project manage" myself to provide the proper balance to be successful with my family, at church, on the job and at Luther Rice. He also allowed my technical skills to be put to great use while accessing features within the Luther Rice Student Portal and Blackboard system.
In parallel, God allowed the cobwebs to quickly fall off and the joy of pursuing a Masters of Divinity (followed by a Doctorate of Divinity) fill my heart, soul and mind. WITHOUT A DOUBT, I AM IN IT TO WIN IT WITH GOD LEADING THE WAY! THIS IS TRULY FOR HIS GLORY!
Thanks Luther Rice for being so impressive when my supportive husband and I attended Open House in the Spring. Thanks also to Alumnus Pastor Alec Hall of Tampa, Florida for the recommendation. Onward and Upward in Jesus' name!!!"

Top notch online Masters Degree Program.
"I have had bad experiences with two other Universities' online Master's Programs. Not so with Luther Rice. My Professor, Dr. Mapes, was very understanding and helpful. He replied to all my emails promptly and courteously. I even had an advisor call me to check if everything was going well. I can't recommend Luther Rice more highly than a five star or I would! I'm looking forward to next semester!"

"Luther Rice offers an affordable Masters program that can be completed 100% online. The instructors that I have had so far have not been the most dynamic speakers, but they are very knowledgeable about their area of expertise and they also provide very organized lessons. They do a very good job of explaining their expectations and following the class syllabus. Their love of the Lord, and their desire to see their students succeed is obvious. Everything is based on the Bible as the final authority. I highly recommend Luther Rice College and Seminary."
