All around not thrilled with this company. The part I recieved had thermal glue on it, which the site claimed was a new product, so why would there be thermal glue in the corners. Another issue I had is with the shipping costs. They offered priority mail for an additional $5, so I paid it to get it faster. Then I saw when I got my shipment confirmation that they shipped it "first class", one of the cheapest way to ship. I then wrote customer service 2 times regarding the over charge in shipping and got no response at all"
"This person markets used parts as new. I purchased a new replacement keyboard and it was obviously used. When I attempted to return it I was given a run around and eventually was sent a return label only after having to file a claim with PayPal. I shipped it back and he then apparently refused to acknowledge he received it. So now I'm out my money and a used keyboard. I would avoid buying anything from this fraudulent seller and I will certainly end my relationship with PayPal. Dont believe any if their buyer protection claims! "Terrible service and overpriced shipping! I ordered some parts to repair a PS3. They said it would take up to a week to receive the parts. The next day I had a Priority Mail tracking number. A week later, the parts hadn't shown so I tried calling but got no answer. Several emails were sent with no response either. I ended up filing a claim with PayPal and thought I'd get my money back. With a week left before PayPal refunded my money, I finally got my stuff in a Flat-Rate box, with major scratches and cracks in the plastic items because they didn't use any packing material. So, it took more than a month to get some parts that I should have had within just a few days. It took a PayPal claim to get the stuff shipped to me at a grossly inflated cost of shipping. Priority Mail should have cost $12. I was charged $30 for the "Expedited" option. Again, trying to contact them for replacement parts for the broken ones and a refund for the extra shipping costs was fruitless."
"I ordered a motherboard from these folks, and it came in bulk packaging; which the listing did not state it was bulk. Because of this, it did not come with any cables, or other parts - which I had to purchase separately."
"I ordered an inverter for my laptop, and they sent me a completely different part. They listed several different part numbers in the description but they are NOT the least bit compatible. Shipping rates are outrageous, the part isn't even worth seeking a refund in his case. Waste of time and money.
Also, the order form is NOT ENCRYPTED by default. Watch out!"
