"Greetings , those that read the reviews the first time I order equipment for this company I did not know what will happen but I gave it a try. My package came the charger was good. Then a little time after my charger got damage but I had warranty. I fill out the contact form on behalf of the damage charger they reply back to me in a timely manner what to do. I follow their instructions on what to do then they sent me back a new one I am and satisfied.I do recommend this company to those seeking affordable apple equipment. And I do thank the staff for their help."

Terrible overall experience
"Ordered the item and paid for 2 day air shipping. Immediately was given a tracking number for USPS. After a week of ordering I hadn’t received the item and the tracking showed that USPS still was waiting on the item. I wrote to them expressing my frustrations asking them to overnight my item and refund my extra shipping costs. Instead of doing anything like that, they cancelled my order and told me they would refund me. They offered absolutely no apology. I’m still waiting on my refund and am now disputing the charges with my bank."

They ship SO fast
"I am SO GRATEFUL to MacBookAdapter for making my quarantine 80X more tolerable. I left my MacBook charger in my apartment when I fled to stay with my parents in rural upstate NY. I don't believe Apple even makes the charger my 2012 MacBook Air requires. I was delighted that MacBookAdapter carried it.
Here's where what they do is really special-- it took under 36 hours between ordering my charger and it being delivered to my door. I imagine they went to the post office to drop off my order as soon as they received it.
5 stars-- order without hesitation, this company is awesome."

False advertising for both the products and their policies
"The product I purchased and the product I received did not match physically nor functionally.
When I asked about it they asked me if there was any price that would convince me to keep the product. When I explained that it was useless to me since it doesn't work with my macbook, he stopped responding (Leo).
Later I followed up and he asked me if I had returned it, then told me they don't have return slips for Canada. I've asked about their advertised no hassle, no cost return guarantee & he again stopped responding.
So it seems I'm stuck with a product that I never wanted :-("

"The MacBook Adapter I purchased from MacBookAdapter.com died after 5 months on a 2 year warranty. I contacted them via email and they replied within one business day with instructions on returning it. Taking into account the cross country shipping time, they responded within one or 2 days that a replacement was on the way. The replacement arrived and works great.
I highly recommend this company."

Great customer service
"I bought an adaptor with a 1 year warranty from Macbook Adaptor and recycled an adaptor with them for an additional year added to the warranty. Recently about a year and a half in my current adaptor stopped working so I contacted them and was told to mail in the old adaptor, which I did. I got an email saying they'd shipped a new adaptor but when I checked the tracking I realized they'd sent the new adaptor to my old address in another state where I used to live, when I first bought an adaptor from them. I emailed them to let them know of the problem and they sent one to my current address. I would order again from them in the future. I really like that they are able to recycle old adaptors and help keep electronic stuff out of the landfills too."

"The refurb I bought broke, the plug cover slipped off and it was nonfunctional. I sent an email via their online form and they sent out a replacement before I even got the broken one in the mail. Glad I had a warranty but also really glad this company lived up to it so forthrightly and promptly."
