"Had my first adaptor fail, but got quick response and a replacement with no additional cost. Even though the second replacement did not work (perhaps damaged in shippping?) but after emailing Leonard, I had a new one coming right away. This one works like a champ and no hassles. "MacBookAdapter.com provides the best choice for older style MacBook chargers. I had an issue with my charger less than a month after I received it. Even though it still worked, I wanted to know what the process was for using my warranty that I purchased with it, in case it did stop working. "I first bought my new adapter for my MacBook Pro here because I was tired of going through apple and paying $80 for chargers that kept breaking every year. With this site, I paid half of the cost, plus a 2 year warranty, which was really reassuring. The warranty was useful when my charger recently stopped working, but I was able to get a new one that works perfectly fine for just the price of shipping. I am really satisfied overall, my only complaint being that I wish there was a way to know when my charger was received and how long it would take before I received a new one. It took a little longer than expected to receive a new one (about three weeks after I sent the old charger in), however, once it was shipped, it was received in less than three days. Will definitely continue to purchase my chargers from this site!"

"A year ago, I had to part ways with an old Mac power adapter. I found this site, with genuine refurbished Apple chargers (no Chinese knockoffs) at about half the price of a new one. I was very pleased.
Recently, my refurbished one started having serious problems, though (poor connection, overheating, even melting). I wasn't happy because I thought there might have been permanent damage to the computer. I sent them a quick email, explained the situation, and THEY REPLACED IT AT NO CHARGE! Not only were they apologetic and polite, but also quick (shipped replacement that same day) and a pleasure to deal with.
Now, I have my second refurb adapter, working like a charm, with no damage to my computer. And if this one goes out after a good long life, you can bet I'll come running back for another."

"This is a VERY trust-worthy company. I have had to have 2 of my Mac Pro adapter cords go out and this company honors the warranty without so much as a comment. They just tell you another one is in the mail,and if you mail your old one back it helps extend your warranty. Highly reccommened."

"A month or so ago I had difficulty locating the proper replacement power adapter for my "older" MacBook Pro. I found MacBookAdapter.com and Leo was just terrific in sorting out what I needed as well as sending a new one to me immediately. One month to the day, I think, I had a problem with that adapter, I called Leo and a new one was in my hands within four days!
