"Talk about fast! I ordered an adapter on a Tuesday and had an email within the hour that the product had been shipped. I received the adapter by Thursday! The adapter for by MacBook works fine. It did not include the long plug-cord that comes with the original Apple product, that you would purchase for $79.95, but I was able to use my old one. At the price of $29.95, this was a great option and it only took a minute to put my old adapter in the mailer, attach the label and send it back. I would definitely order again!"

"Fabulous customer service!
MBA sent me the wrong item (60W instead of 85W) it was their fault, but hey stuff happens... what matters is when I emailed them minutes after receiving it on Friday afternoon to let them know, #1 they responded in under 15 minutes and #2 the had another one in the mail to me 15 minutes after that which the tracking says will arrive Monday... and #3 they provided a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item."

"Item ordered on 24 Dec 10 and requested expedited shipping (extra $) for delivery within 2-3 business days. Expected item after Xmas weekend, by 29 Dec 10. Checked FedEx shipping tracking number provided and expected delivery date was 03 Jan 11. Complained to seller; assured it would arrive sooner. Actual delivery date was late PM 04 Jan 11. Seller offered no refund or other satisfaction. Appears item was shipped FedEx ground, which is notorious for poor service. Still don't have the item - it was left at the address where I was last week of December - I'm back home now and hope it will be there when I go back in a few weeks. I chose this seller based on price and promise of quick delivery - you get what you pay for; well, sometimes you don't even get that."

"I had a moment of panic when I found my new puppy had eaten through my macbook cord. I checked around online for a new one and was lucky to find this site. I ordered the refurbished plug Tuesday night and by Thursday it was in my mail. I immediately plugged it in and it is working perfectly!! I was only out one day with out a computer, they saved my heinie!!!! Excellent service, extremely fast and the quality of the item is perfect, doesnt look refurbished at all!!! SO PLEASED!!!"

"Fantastic service, very highly recommended. MacBookAdapter.com is fast, cheap, and easy. I've had to replace my mac adapters many, many times in the last ten years and this is the best experience that I've had.
I sent my first order on a weekend and heard back on a Sunday. I received the order Monday (3 days after I'd ordered it) and for half the price of a new adapter. One of the new adapters failed and I received a new one at no additional charge two days later. This is essentially a budget repair service - a great way to deal with Mac's often faulty adapters. And you get the original product, very lightly used."
