"When ordering the part, I expected it to be shipped next day and I would receive within 2-3 days. When I got notified of shipment and it would take 7 days to get the item, I called and was told basically that I was stuck. There is no way that part would take 7 days. In the end I was forced to buy the part locally at a higher cost so I could get it installed. I received the part 2 days after I needed it and can't return it as the freight is more than the part. I will be very careful if I ever do business with them again."
