"They were great! I ordered a very awkward size and shape worried that it just wouldn't happen and instead got a phone call shortly after placing the order to confirm the dimensions and discuss the fragility of what I wanted. They cut everything that day and I got it days later exactly as I wanted and in perfect condition! Other places would have not bothered at all or just sent me a standard alternative."
