"Very fast shipping. I ordered the wrong thing on the website, and called to change it, but they still sent the old one. But when I contacted the RMA dept they sent the right item out with a return slip so I didnt have to pay shipping! Very nice! Over all very satisfied with my order. Good Prices all around."

"My order was processed and shipped promptly. I paid for 2nd day because of time constraints on my customer. UPS rolled it back to regular ground because they guarantee 2 day service between our zones. MicroTech promptly refunded the shipping amount I had been charged. The product footprint was different from the picture shown on their website and even the box that it came in but worked just fine. I don't hold that against them; all in all, it was an excellent experience."
