Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"I recently ordered a bike-mount phone holder and an accessory pack from MobileFun.ca. First of all, I find it offensive that a company can masquerade as a Canadian (or whatever country) company, simply by having a website ending with the relevant country letters. You have to look carefully to see that they are actually located in the UK.
When it arrived, although the packing slip noted the bike phone holder as shipped, the only thing in the package was the accessory pack. When I wrote them, I was asked whether I had mistakenly ordered the car mount. To prove otherwise, I forwarded the original order email, which clearly showed the two items - one being the bike holder. The final straw was the answer to that: "We do not include bicycle mounts in our accessory pack." Huh? What kind of stupid answer was that? Sounded like someone who either didn't read my complaint carefully, or was being deliberately obtuse in an effort to brush me off.
I subsequently complained in their customer satisfaction survey, but have heard nothing back. At this stage, I do not expect them to do anything. Somehow they think that not receiving a product I paid for, or getting a refund, is an acceptable business practice.
Do yourself a favour, and shop somewhere else."
