"After a year of researching and waiting for the right Hardware releases and reading trade magazines I opted to have my system built by Monarch Computers.All this after price comparisons with online OEM outlets.I recieved my Furia that I configured for my specific needs about 4 weeks after placing my order.Though I my have wished to recieve it sooner after ordering ,it was my own impatients and not Monarch that was frustrating.When I recieved my Furia via FedX at no charge complements of Monarch I was more than pleased after hooking-up and booting -up.Everything everything from the neat wiring/tie-offs tto quiet case(Thermaltake-Soprano/Black)to installed programs was/is AWSOME.As far as I'm concerned Monarch is 'All Aces'/5 STARS...Oh yeah,they responded to all my inquirys fast and so far any questions I've had due to my own ignorance have been met with enthusiasm and professionalism...MonarchFan"

"My order was delayed due to a high volume of orders, and had trouble replying to my emails.
When I complained about the slow service Monarch was very generous and upgraded my shipping to fedex overnight for free!
Things started off pretty bad, but they made things right for me. That means allot to any consumer. I WILL buy from Monarch again in the future."

"I bought 3 items from Monarch Computer. Everything was pretty good, but to be fair I had called and was put on hold for quite a while. I finally found out the problem was that Monarch had received the wrong memory from the manufacturer. I paid for ground but they initially bumped me up to FedEx Saver. Then because of the delay they bumped me up to Fed Ex 2nd day air. Despite the long hold times, I highly recommend them. They have some of the very best prices and they use Fed Ex. Trust me, Fed Ex is far superior to UPS. I've never had a problem with Fed Ex damaging boxes. UPS does this all the time."
