"Ordered Wednesday 3/16/05 and recieved 3/18/05 using free shipping which was 3-5 day's, I got it in 2 days living several states away from denver,colorado. The customer service rep i spoke to verified compatibility with motherboard and had the sale done within a 5 minute period. Shipped in a small plastic pillow suspended in the middle, which is probably the best shipping method possible for delicate hardware. I ordered memory that should run at 2-3-3 and thats exactly what i got. Will order again when needed."

"While I'd like to be mad at these guys because of how the purchase went, they eventually took care of me. Placed an order, and then waited and waited and waited. My email asking for when the memory would ship was ignored. No response. Finally called and was told that the memory I order was out of stock. Sure would have been nice to know that before I ordered and the order was accepted! Anyway, they said they would be getting more in the following day, and it would be shipped to me via overnight, no additional charge. Also asked for a price reduction on my order, as the price dropped (according to their web site) from the time I originally ordered. They agreed to do that too (although still waiting to see the credit applied to my credit card). Anyway, the memory arrived as promised. Have ordered from them in the past and this was the 2nd time. They're nice on the phone (and it would seem that's really the only way to deal with them, as they ignore emails)."

"I had to RMA some Mushkin ram and was unsure of how well there RMA process was and I am pleased to say it could have not been better. I mailed the ram to them after getting an RMA# over the phone on 7/30 and received the new stick which was upgraded with heat-spreader from them 2-day Fed-ex so it was received on 8-4-04."

"2:2:2 Memory won’t run at 2:2:2. I bought the 1GB Dual Pack (2x512) PC3200 DDR 222 Special and the machine would not even boot with both memory boards in the motherboard. The motherboard is an Intel D865PERL and on the Mushkin motherboard qualification page it indicated that there were no applicable notes on this board. But, if I had read further I would have found out that the memory “may not work”. If it doesn’t work they should have put something in the notes section. After lowering the latency in the bios to 2.5:3:2 it is working. I have bought memory from Mushkin before and had no problems. The 222 memory is now listed as “discontinued”. I admit that it was my fault for not reading all the information available before purchasing the memory. If there had been applicable notes, I would have read them. Instead, let the buyer beware, seems to applicable at Mushkin because it “may not work” and you “may” find that out if you read their entire web page."

"Extremely quick and prompt service. The memory was packed with the best packing protection technology I have ever seen. The memory modules were packed in a air tightinflated buble. The packaging has an air valve on it to inflate the package and this design offers 3 to 4 inches of plastic filled bubble all around the memory modules."

"Always a good company to deal with - though I didn't receive a confirmation or tracking number by email this time.
I did call to make sure that the order was being processed and was told that the order had already been shipped and was provided the tracking number. It arrived on time and well protected in its plastic baloon. $9.00 for Fedex Super Saver is just one reason I buy from this company. Honest pricing and reliable service.
I needed a 512 stick of pc-133 SDRAM Cas 2 to match one that I had purchased a few years ago from them. It's getting harder to find honest Cas 2 SDRAM, but Mushkin's Black High Perf PC133 is the real stuff.
The old PIII server is now a bit happier with the addition.
This is about the fifth or sixth time I've purchased from them and I've never had a problem."

"I am estimating my time of purchase as I had lost my original invoice.
I purchased several 256MB PC2400 Ram Modules from Mushkin, used them for some time, and after a year or so one of them went bad.
I E-Mailed them asking if I could get a replacement, they mailed back quickly asking for my original invoice, I mailed back that I didn't have one, they mailed me back asking for my current address. I gave it to them and heard nothing for a few days. I thought they just forgot about it. Boy was I wrong. I received my replacement priority shipping.
Thank you Mushkin. I don't know of any other retailer that would have handled things this well. I highly recommend buying from them.

"The pricing of their merchandise may seem steep at first. Yet, by comparison the service that comes along with the purchase experience is unparalled.
Unlike some overpriced sticks of ram, you WILL get you money's worth in gold when Mushkin DDR ram is concerned.
Lastly, many vendors could learn a lot from Mushkins impressive customer service policies. Luckily for Mushkin the other vendors don't seem to have caught on. =)
It was money well spent in my opinion."

"Best Tech support I have ever received from any company. Called because i was receiving memory errors. Tech walked me through verifying Overclocked ram settings on two computers and determined that one stick of ram was causing errors-Immediately initiated replacement order-I received e-mail with tracking number within 30 Min. Mushkin fully warrants and supports their High Quality products,Unlike other "high Speed" ram manufacturers who blame problems on your system and refuse to warrant products they sell for overclocking.
Placed order for two PC3500 dual packs on the telephone 07/15/03. Received E-mail confirming shipment less than one hour later. The ram was received 07/18/03 as promised. Mushkin's Customer service and delivery were outstanding."
