"Well, I ordered products on the 3rd of September, was called on the 4th to inform me the product was discontinued and I would not be able to return them or have the ability to receive another one if something would happen to them. I have been patient but decided today to call and look into where my product was (tracking it), incidentally, I wasn't given a Tracking number so it made it difficult to find. Anyway I called to see if "MyKnobs" could help, I was told it would take two days, and they would call me back. I am dissatisfied to the point that I will not use them again. First, why does it take a business two days to find your order but one day to fill it and cash your check. Not that expect my products in just a couple of days but it is the attitude, "it will take us two days" "Indeed!""
