Damaged parts received
"I recently placed several orders of parts for my Fiat 500 Abarth, all of the orders received were damaged and had to be returned. Apparently these parts were damaged before they were shipped which makes me wonder what kind of quality control is going on at the organization if damage parts are being packaged boxed and shipped out."
