Ease of payment but High-pressure metrics
"I decided to join after hearing great feedback from a colleague. The payments are super easy to get, which takes a lot of stress off my plate. However, sometimes, it feels like the company imposes strict and unrealistic performance metrics,adding a lot of pressure and taking away from the quality of teaching. "I remember when i joined three years ago, the number of inquiries was almost one-third of what it is today. Back then, the work was pretty easy. nowdays, it's much busier during shift, there's hardly any scope to even get up for a few minutes. the increase in workload has been matched by a doubling of the salary, so there are no Complaints on that front.
Overall, it's a healthy mix of pros and cons."

Possitive Experience with Room for tech Improvements
"MEB us a refreshing change. My colleague has been with my Engineering Buddy and spoke highly of their service, so I decided to join too. The online tutoring provided is seamless and catered perfectly to the students' needs. In my previous company, the outdated and clunky user interface was frustrating and time-consuming. My only wish is that MEB integrates a dedicated cloud-based system alongside their WhatsApp communications for optimal efficiency.
