"The ring I bought was sized according to the middle of the ring, whereas jewelers agound here go by the top edge of the ring, so we had to get it sized. It was also very difficult to coordinate a time where I could pick up the ring at a secure location. The day I was finally able to get it I was told they were going to return to sender that afternoon. But I did appreciate the security with which it was handled, and the exceptional value and price of the ring itself."
