"On 22 April 2015 ordered 600 USD of iTunes cards. Of the 6 codes sent only 3 worked. I raised a complaint immediately. On 24 April I received an email telling me they were looking into it and would revert within 4 working days. It is now May 3rd and despite emails from me asking for an update I have received no further comment.
May 6 - update to original post above. Off gamers sent me 3 new working codes last night. It appears they respond to opinions left on review sites quicker than emails sent directly to them but at least they've made good."
