"I ordered the SCALA 700 Bluetooth Headset based on reading the reviews. I've only had the headset for a few weeks and so far I am satisfied with it. I haven't had any of the problems some of the reviews I read. It is relative light and sometimes I forget I have it on my ear. It is a little hard at first, but once you get used to it you don't even know you have it on. I didn't have any problems connecting to my Blackberry, it took all of about 30 seconds if that long. I like so far"

"I ordered a Jabra BT 5020 it was delivered damaged, the ear piece was broken. The BT 5020 was not in a retail package it was in plastic zip lock bags, it did not look new as advertised on their web site. I requested an RMA two times with no response from N1 Wireless. I am now having to call Visa to get some action in getting my money back."

"I purchased a Plantronics Bluetooth headset. My order was quickly acknowledged, processed and shipped. It arrived well packaged and without damage. The unit works extremely well (better than the Jawbone and Jawbone II that I own). "If someone at N1-Wireless is reading this, please let me know how can I cancel this order as I'm a little skeptical about it being shipped.
I was very enthusiastic about buying the Blackberry 8820 from your site after reading the reviews here and the price offered, but so far, I don't know where am I heading.
In numerous calls, emails, etc are unanswered. No option to cancel the order when we want to.
I have nothing against the site or someone, all I want is to get a confirmation of whether I will get my buy else how can I cancel this order.
