Product is great but website needs help
"Pure Protean is, I think, the best protean powder. My favorite is the Milk Chocolate variety. My issue was the website. I had one in the cart then I got a notice to meet a certain amount and the shipping would be free. I doubled my order which put me well above the requirement yet shipping was not free. Aargh. I tried this several times a week for a month to no avail. I finally just purchased it and paid for shipping."

Received the Wrong Items
"I ordered 2 bottles of Fastin Hi teach Pharmaceuticals Fastin 60 Tablets. But I received 2 bottles Fastin XR Extended Release 575mg Capsules!!! This was a total inconvenience to have to send them back. I have a tracking number and I expect these bottles to be exchanged for the correct ones. The shipping fee cost me $6.15 . I don’t know how the company expects me to put a copy of the post office shipping fee AFTER it is sealed and given to the employee who then puts his label on the box!!! I still want to be reimbursed that charge for having to send this back and wait get the correct order. Please make sure I get my exchange Thank You"

UPDATE: I give credit where it's due and I must say that Netnutri held up to their word. Not only was this batch of Fastin I received impeccable, they upgraded me to 60 day supply no extra charge. I will continue ordering from Netnutri. Everyone makes mistakes and the fact they immediately corrected that mistake, gets a A+ in my book"
