"I ordered at the end of Dec. Received a product that I didn't order. I found that the product I ordered had two different photos of the product. It looks like Northern corrected that, but didn't give me instructions on how to fix the order. Called today to finally get answers. I will return the product and I ordered the one that was in the photo of the item I ordered back in Dec.
Waited for directions from Northern and didn't get them."
