"I'm very pleased with how the transaction went down, but not suprised, I'm a return cust, 1st with a desk top, now a laptop. Although I was let down by Fed-Ex, due to them holding my shipment for 2 days because, as they stated, they had told the shipper it wouldn't be delivered until a certain day, so it wouldn't be delivered or allowed to be picked up until that day. But the product is even better than I had hoped, especially considering it was a present. AccessMicro will continue to get recommendations and my business."
