"Absolutely horrible business!!
They took 2 weeks to end up sending me a part that was nothing like what I ordered!
So you'll lose on shipping their crap back to them.
Then they had the audacity to cancel my order without telling me.
When I contacted them about this, they said they didn't have the part I ordered anymore.
When I asked for my refund, they only returned a portion of the original payment, minus sales taxes & shipping!
notebooksRus.com is a complete RIP OFF!!!"

"Super shipping! I ordered a hinge set for a macbook pro on august 31 and sent emails asking for a tracking number and on september 10th more than a week later they emailed me a shipping confirmation. Tried calling and them and they just said to email. Haven't gotten a reply to any emails i've sent. They sure took their money out fast but dropped the ball on shipping and customer service."
