Horrible check out experience
"I cannot believe the multiple error messages I received when trying to use amazon pay! The payment kept getting denied because I didn't enter my billing name but then it never took me to a place to enter it! Ugh very frustrating. Entered info MULTIPLE times. Never experienced this purchasing on line. I eventually had to re-enter all my information as with a new CC on your website. Terrible waste of my time. I love your products but this was ridiculous.

"Placed three orders to be sent to three separate addresses. Had a hard time getting the website to accept the fact that I kept changing shipping addresses.
Want to place another order, but I'm not sure its worth the effort. Will likely go to a competitor to avoid the confusion and having to enter the shipping address several times.
Also, I am a not-so-well paid state worker at the mid-management level. I want to give my staff something for Xmas - oh, I mean the holiday season - since I cannot be politically incorrect (even though both they and I would enjoy it - e.gl socks that say "Hi. I don't care. Thanks; or a thermos that says "Excuse me. Did I just roll my eyes out loud?") Nuts seem like a tasty and safe - not to mention healthy if you are not allergic to nuts (oops! another thing to worry about) option. How about some nut/dried fruit combos for $20 or less each? As it is, I've ordered in bulk and will split them up myself."

"This is just an observation because I am not sure that my browser is not causing the problem - but I had to go through the checkout between the merchant and PayPal 3 or 4 times before I got to the order confirmation page causing me to opine that there is something confusing to me about how to complete that page. Not that I am not easy to confuse, but after 3 or 4 attempts, I was wondering. Thank you for this opportunity."

"I am very disappointed that I was not able to use my rewards points that I had redeemed for a $25 certificate in conjunction with the Black Friday SAVE10 promotion. It's not like these are both promo codes. One is a store promotion and the other are the points that I have earned from purchasing."
