Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"I ordered a tail light assembly. The one they sent was marked cracked in a black pen, and it certainly was cracked. I emailed them to complain, but got no response. I would NOT order anything from them!"
"I tried to order a part online giving a specific part number. They emailed me about a week later telling me that my order was on hold because they wanted my VIN number! In the process they gave me another part number that was supposed to be the correct one. Of course that part was twice as much money as the part I wanted. In my mind I think they should have given me some sort of discount, maybe not for the whole thing but something! I got nothing from them that made me feel like they really cared at all about my business!!!! There are a lot of other websites that are much better than this one."
"I purchased a used radio for a VW Jetta. OEM did not provide a disclosure that VW (maybe others) require a anti-theft code to make the used radio work. For VWs only dealer can provide the code and dealers charge about $150 for the 'service.' This brought the cost of my used radio into the price range fro a new radio. They did not provide even a penny in refund for this non-disclosed cost. Buyer beware."
"Ordered a part from their site, the part description on the website did not mention the color. The part was black in the picture on the website. So I ordered it and the part arrived and it was ivory color. I mentioned it to me and they say it is my fault because I did not look at their detailed catalogue or did not call them. POOR RESPONSE!!!"
"They wouldn't let me return a side mirror that was never used, still in the original box and packaging, just because it was past the 30 day return window. The part they sent me didn't even fit my car."
"Ordered 2 parts for 2018 Audi Q5, good price. They received order on 5 Apr 2021 created shipping label on 9 Apr 2021 but the shipping label wasn't send to vendor. After may calls and emails I finally talk a person who confirmed label wasn't sent. Finally received parts on 28 Apr 2021 but only 1 in package and I had paid for 2, no long needing part, requested refund. This process required many phone calls and emails, sent part back to vendor at my expense, part received by vendor no responds from OEM.
Would not recommend to anyone."
"Was waiting about a month for a backordered part finally got it in before the would ship anything. It was not fast by any means but I did get everything I had ordered. They do lack communication and speed but did deliver for a reasonable price."
"Ordered part mid-August, did not see any change to order status for 2 weeks, began to call almost everyday for a couple weeks before finally hearing from someone. After hearing from them they told me the part (which was big) was difficult to get shipped and they were working on it. Three months after placing my order my part arrived shipped only wrapped in a single layer of saran wrap (for a plastic underbody part). The part actually broke in shipping and I have tried to contact OEM parts to resolve but have never heard back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!"
"I ordered a car part, they would not reply to my emails, I called and the tel. no. is either busy or never answers. Its been 6 weeks and all I got was a withdrawal from my bank account. Guess they are a scam."
"I ordered my car part to be delivery to Puerto Rico, I check the shipping address twice and it was correct and for some reason this incompetent company sent the part to Las Vegas NV vs Dorado, Puerto Rico. Guys it's huge different in distance from one destination and the other one. I have sent a couples of email without any response. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAN!!!"
"Buyer beware.. be sure you know the correct part you need as it is buried on their website that they don't accept returns. What kind of auto parts business does not accept returns? Go to an actual dealer... these people are disgusting and untrustworthy!"
"You think you might be getting a good deal, until you see the extortion prices for shipping.
I looked for a plastic "clip", $3.45 (dealer charges little over $4.00) - They CHARGE over $10.00 to ship the part. Less than 2 ounces!
I also looked for a gear shift cable, $47.00 (dealer cost $70.02) they wanted to charge OVER $57.00.
DON'T even waste your time looking for a part unless you are a millionaire, because if you are not, the are going to SCREW you in the end"
