"I ordered a specific projector "A" online and received an order confirmation. A salesperson called to let me know that it is no longer in stock and up-sold me to projector "B" which they said was similar. I was too busy to verify the differences - shame on me.
I did not open the box and check it out until I would use it next, so I didn't open it for a month until I needed it for a client event. I then discover that the projector is nothing like the one I originally ordered and is horribly old technology. I contacted them to request a return and they were amendable to a return."

Lack of Communication and Service - Order never shipped
"I placed an order for $8300 of camera equipment. This may not seem like a large order to them, but to us, it is a very large amount of money for our church to spend. After two weeks, and not hearing anything from the company and not yet receiving the product, I called them and was told that they would look into it and email me back why I hadn't received it. After several more calls to them (since they don't ever call or email back), I was finally told the issue was with Sony being backordered on the items and I would receive it by the end of the month. When the new date they provided passed by, I called again only to be given the run around and was told that they would have a manager look into it and email me back (again they never did). I finally emailed them hoping to get some sort of documented response or acknowledgment that the order could be canceled, but after two more weeks, I still have not heard anything. I called again today after three months of no updates asking to please just cancel the order so that I can order the products from a more reputable company who actually communicates if something is backordered or goes wrong with the order. So three months after the order has been placed, the order has finally just been cancelled with no explanation of why it could never be filled, but that's three months wasted. They didn't offer to make it right or find an alternative product or help in any way. Save your time and headaches and go with a company that communicates and takes care of their customers."
