"Good prices and service, but bad email practices. I used name-my-price, and got an even better deal than the already low price, fast shipping included, and placing my order by phone was easy and fast. Called back a bit later to change my shipping address to FedEx Will Call, and that was easy and fast too. HOWEVER, OneCall then put me on a junk mail list without my consent."

Thank you for your expeditious handling of this order. Am awaiting the new receiver, as well, from Denon. Am using 2 of the speakers, so far, and they sound very good. Should receive said receiver in just a few days. When I get them all hooked up with the receiver, things should be just peachy."

"I was very unsure of making such a large tv purchase online, as this was something I had never done before. I was a little scepticale of how the whole process worked as far as shipping and delivery, so I called Huppins OneCall directly. There customer service was excellent and answered all my questions and relieved all my concerns. I made my order directly over the phone and also bought the extended warranty, because if you don't use it, when it is up you can get half of your money back in store credit. My 55" tv was shipped to my home in Iowa for free, in perfect condition, and in only 7 days. I would definitly reccomend making a purchase with Huppins OneCall!!!"

"My experience with One Call.com was very negative. Sales people were not very knowledgeable and was looking for best price. Sales people did not call back when they said they would and was going to purchase a $3000.00 70 inch 3D tv but would not work with me on the price. Then at the very end when I almost purchased it after well over an hour of talking to them I was informed they do not have any 3D glasses in stock and the sales person told me they have no idea when they would be restocking. Imagine buying a $3000.00 tv and then find out you cant watch it because of no glasses. I was only told that after I was ready to order. Take my advice , if you are purchasing electronics check out a company called "A B T". They are very knowledgable and will meet anyones price"

I initially place the order online for a Polk 550 Subwoofer and later called about where the order was and ultimately had the original order replaced with a Sunfire SDS10.
Not only am I happy with the subwoofer, I'm very happy about the interaction I had with OneCall Representative that helped make the change possible. I appreciated the guidance and help I received during the conversation. I just called back to try to find who it was I spoke to so I could specifically identify the person that gave me exceptional service in my feedback here and learned that unfrtunately I could not. I was not in a place where I could write down the individual's name and I am sorry I don't remember it. Hopefully the individual remembers the interaction (I believe we spoke on 1/17).

"I had placed an order for a sony hd tv with another online retailer only to get an email that the tv was on backorder. I waited three weeks before finally cancelling that order and calling OneCall, not only was it in stock but found the tv at a lower cost saved about $400 awesome deal. I talked to a couple cust. srvc. reps at OneCall they explained all the shipping process in detail courteous and helpful and proffesionals"

"The customer service was excellent and they provided me with honest opinions and answers to my questions. Right or wrong, I always appreciate a direct answer. I had an issue with a 60 inch plasma HDTV and they walked me through everything very nicely. They shipped the product same day and it arrived earlier than expected (always a plus).
