"I was initially worried about ordering an expensive TV online but the price savings were just too attractive to pass up. "Excellent experience when buying a Nikon D200, which is always backordered with most suppliers. In addition, a promotion gave me the camera below usual street price.
I called them to find out what delivery would be and was told that probably they would get the camera "next week." Sure enough, next week I got a call saying that the cameras were in, and mine was delivered in three days accoss the country.
The camera works as it should so I can't judge their customer support, but paperwork that came with the camera sounds like they would be very responsive."

Very easy purchasing experience and did not receive any calls trying to sell additional equipment. "Professional Photographer. After being fed up with another FujiFinepixs2pro and S3pro breaking, I decided to go Canon. I called onecall and the salesperson was knowledgable and friendly. I was floored to have my new camera w/lens, flash and compact card by 9:30 the next morning for a SMALL FEE. When you shoot at the rate that I do, which is 2000 pics a wedding you cannot have cameras breaking all of the time. I am still so thrilled at how efficent one call was. They did not rush me and treated me like my purchase was just as important as the next. When you are spending 2K plus you do not want to be rushed. I will eventualy sell off all my nikon /Fuji's and purchase all my Canons with Onecall."

"Good experience with them. I ordered a Sony FX1 camcorder yesterday at noon, and by 9 am today I have it - East Coast. Their ovenight shipping charges were very good and the customer service dude that took my order was also courteous. They will match prices with reputable stores.
I highly recommend them and will definately do business with them again.
Forget all those nasty scammers like usphotonation, uscamera and the like. You will just loose your had earned cash."

"I recently purchased a Samsung HL-R6768W HDTV from onecall.com. Onecall was competitive on price and shipping cost with other on-line retailers and was >$1500 lower than the best price from any retail store. I received the product on-time and in perfect condition. Onecall made no attempts to sell me additional items. All I had to do was call and confirm the order at which time I was given instructions on what to do when shipment arrived. A tracking number was e-mailed to me which allowed me to easily track the ABF Freight delivery. Shipment departed from a warehouse in West Virginia and arrived at my home in Texas in 1 week. Customer service rep. and shipping personnel were courteous and professional. TV works great! This was my first purchase at oncall.com and I would definitely buy from them again.
