"Satisfied with everything except the $30 minimum order. I buy small quantities of parts for prototypes and one-off custom designs and often my total is nowhere near the $30 min.
However, I'm always under time pressure to get parts in quickly so I often cannot simply consolidate parts orders to
build up to the min order value. This means that when I can't wait, I have to order from somewhere else instead.

"One order generated two invoices and it looks as if I was charged shipping twice. Shipments arrived a day apart. One with an invoice on the outside for export purposes and one without. I had to find an email receipt and fax it to freight forwarding company. The extra costs of having two brokerage fees and two two shipping fees offset any savings on the products."
