"Purchased PowerDesk 4 Pro after using the trial version for a couple of weeks.Bought download and disc option. Had disc in 2-3 Days. Excellent program.Company released version 5 several weeks later... sent me a link for a free upgrade via download. Download of new version didn`t work properly (corrupted file?) Emailed tech support-- company sent me disc copy of new version free of charge. All companies should support their products this well! Unfortunately my experience with some other software companies has been less than 'stellar', to say the least. I`d recommend these guys to anyone. Terrific program, Terrific service. Reasonable price, too."
