Reasonable pricing and ordering process
"Decent prices overall, I wasn't happy about their excuse for adding a $39 processing fee just to be "competitive" as it was pretty dishonest/intentionally misleading. Their prices even if you excluded this could have been adjusted as they were still lower than their competitors so this ended up just looking bad."
