"Good quality and good negotiated prices. Nice company and people to deal with but did experience delays in delivery which needed chasing, however this was mainly due to awaiting parts for a non-standard build. Would recommend this firm to do business with."

"While this company was initially helpful, if a little slow, they decided that I had received too good of a deal and decided to charge me a 3% surcharge because I was paying by credit card. They additionally told me that my order was not cancelable at this point. Do not do business with this company as they are not trustworthy."

"I ordered 2 X passive Xeon 603pin CPU coolers on 12/10/04. While I was ordering through their website at orbitmicro.com, there was no mention whatsoever of my items not being in stock. Checking their website with my order number and my email address still showed that my order had not been shipped out yet. I called the customer service and was promptly transferred to Adhene Khan @ ***-***-****. She said that they didn't have it in stock nor did she know when they'll receive what I bought. when I pushed her further for delivery date, she basically told me take a hike and that my order will be cancelled. How does a reseller get this brazen while selling products they do not have in stock? Should they tell you that it'll take more days than said delivery time if for any reason I'm not going to receive my order in time?"
