"In my experience of working with electronics and computer hardware retailers, Orbit Micro has been the most accommodating vendor (online or offline) I have ever come across. The communication I have received sets a new standard for me against other popular online retailers (NewEgg, Tiger Direct, etc.). In the process of ordering two parts (the PEMINI2X1 and the PE-FLEX1) Orbit Micro went ahead and customized both pieces to fit my needs outside of their standard specification.
The tech I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable about circuits, bus slot standards, power levels, etc. (obviously EE oriented) and worked with me until we had the proper configuration of the PEMINI2X1 to work perfectly with the hardware I am using for current PC, HTPC and Server builds. I cannot thank the support of Orbit Micro enough for helping me make the solutions I need happen!"

"Orbit Micro was able to provide a case I needed that was hard to find elsewhere. The case was received in great condition and shipped quickly. In fact, it arrived before I expected it. That was a bit of a problem because it was a very heavy item that had to be shipped by truck and I wasn't home to receive it. I finally got an email saying the item had shipped about a week after it was actually delivered. Perhaps that was a quirk due to the item being shipped by special truck frieght rather than typical shipping methods. All in all, that was a minor glitch in an otherwise smooth transaction. Obrit Micro provided the item I needed quickly and at a very competitive price. I would recommend them to other buyers."
