"The service was excellent. Very Quick for the second order in the day.
The order processor was very good.
The only gripes I have is with Google Checkout.
The order processor had to cancel my Google order. Google Checkout STILL Saturday the 12th has hold on the 200.00 for the order that I placed earlier in the day.
Because the order has been canceled the funds should be released. But no, it is not that simple. I STRONGLY Suggest that You consider DIVORCING Your Company from ANY Processing with Google Check out for the slimy processes and procedures their system causes."

Order processing time could be better (it's usually 1-2 days before shipping). The site has an ongoing problem with my shipping address that they just can't seem to get fixed, even though I've called twice.
Other than these issues, it's great doing business with PC Superstore!"

"Purchased backup software from them, paid $8 to have it shipped FED-EX ground.
7 days later still hadn't shipped.
I got a call from the manufacturer of the software, they wanted to email me a key. They explained that the software I bought isn't sold in a box, it is only distributed via key.
So I called up PCSUPERSTORE and asked them about it.
They said just to ignore the $8 FEDEX ground charge, if it is a key that gets emailed then I should just consider it a handling charge.
I called BS on that. I told them that they had charged me $8 for FEDEX service - a service they had no intention of supplying.
They begrudgingly refunded me my $8.
No an honest company."
