"Hopelessly bureaucratic...refused to ship me two headsets worth $21 each because I have an APO (military) address, and thus couldn't cram my German phone number into their web form. Also, refused my money because the phone number I did put into their web form didn't match the one on file at the bank (oh duh), and they refused to ship to a freight forwarder such as ShipItAPO.com, which I have used successfully many times to mail me purchases from stateside merchants. I ended up buying from one of their competitors."

"I recently found PC SuperStore when I was looking for a memory upgrade on my HP computer. They had exactly what I wanted at a fabulous price with a manufacture's rebate. Another plus was the free shipping that was provided. Ordering online was quick and easy. I was also pleased to receive my order when I was told to expect it. Credit card info is retained for convenience, but easy to change if you want to use another card. Shipping costs are fair, delivery time acceptable. "No complaints whatsoever - you had a hard to find part (an Okidata printer fuser kit) with the best price on the web for it. I especially like that inventory levels are shown right on the web site. In the past I've ordered this item from other retailers only to find it was back-order or special order, and had to wait quite a while to receive it... on your site I was assured it would be ready to go, and it was.
