"I've purchased RAM twice from this vendor, each time ordering what the manufacturer recommended. Neither time has the RAM provided by pcwonderinc worked. When contacted, my emails and phone calls are ignored. Finally, they sold me some different RAM the first time (at a greater cost) and comped the shipping. This time, I have been unable to get a reply from them for over a week, having sent 2 emails so far since I've NEVER been able to contact them by phone. While their prices are good, I'm at the point where I'm willing to pay more to get RAM that works the first time and have some customer service!"

This company is beyond reproach.In haste I purchased the wrong memory card (Buy It Now)on ebay. I emailed them to see if there was anyway to swap the order, not only did they agree without any hesitation they emailed me a picture of the correct memory card that was recommended for my system. They had the lowest price I had found and I had price shopped,I decided to buy (2)great deal. I received it regular shipment(3) days. I'm in Memphis and our inner city mail doesn't move that fast across town. The package & product arrived in excellent condition, individually wrapped and sealed in bubble wrap. I installed the memory it works great. it's quite refreshing to do business with a company who truly seems to care about making sure their customers have the correct product get it in record time and gives them the "Warm and Fuzzy" feeling. I work in the service industry and it is important to know your customers are happy. There is too much competition ready to take your customers. Two Thumbs Up for PC Wonder
