Customizing

"The first pens I received had to be be corrected because of the spelling. The pens were redone and sent in a timely manner but the writing was so light you could hardly read them. Pensrus customer services worked hard to correct the problems but the department that did the printing did a horrible job. I would like to send you one of the pens to show you that it was shabby work."

"This was a reorder. These pens are used for marketing purposes and my customers love them. The logo printing is high quality. The pens arrived as ordered. It took a little longer than I expected for them to ship so that's why I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating. I recommend this product."

What Experience?

"I run a business and order the same kind of pen over and over. I no longer have the option to re-order pens. I have to either call or create new ones each time. Also I placed an order on 11/2/17 and on 12/2/17 got this email asking me how my experience was. Well, since I haven't received my order yet, a month later, it would be hard to say...."
