"At the time I visited this store, the associate at the register was taking an extended length of time with the customer a head of me, talking about non work/purchase related matters!"
"The perfume experience was a downer as I’d been looking forward to trying the fragrance and wasveey excited to find it there. I’ve looked for it all christmas season while shopping for others. And also the lady at the beauty counter checked me out because no other assosicates were found and she was the most unhappy person on the planet. Did not have an social skill and never smiled. Didn’t make eye contact and was not friendly in any way. Her attitude was very “blah” and unwelcoming. I tried to make light conversation with her thinking maybe she just doesn’t want to be woekingthe day after christmas but it made for an all together unimhitung experience between her and the fragrance help u did not receive."
