"Ended up having to get the same part twice, when they packed the box they didn’t put any packaging material into it, so the parts were loosely bouncing around the box. This led to a hairline crack that I didn’t see when i unpacked it, and it broke one of the ears off that hold it in the engine. Other than that, they’ve been good about most things"

"Ordered $1300 in parts. Got an email with in stock and dates to ship. Got another email with revised dates that were over a month longer. Cancelled the parts that wouldn’t ship right away.
Parts came in a crushed/ ripped sloppy taped box from UPS. Called Partzilla and was told it wasn’t their box.
Was told to ship crushed gaskets back and as soon as they got the UPS RMA my exchange parts would ship. Evidently, not the case. Got another email that said parts would ship in two months. BTW, your website showed in stock and customer service told me in stock. Ended up canceling those parts and just kept what was able to ship. Got the other parts from your competitor."
