"I was able to find exactly what i was looking for especially with the exploded view, the only thing that i didn't like which I guess isn’t partzillas fault is that i payed extra for expedited shipping and it took two extra days to get here"

"Went to local dealer and said part wasn’t available had to get used one but partzilla knew that the part was superseded the local dealer went to eBay through a reputable used Atv parts distributor simply said the part was wore out and took two weeks to get here got the part for the same price new at partzilla I went through partzilla and they got the part I needed within 3 days of ordering it really impressed me of the service I got from partzilla"

Wrong parts-call back
"I needed parts and as I was unsure of what I needed from the descriptions (very poor), I used the chat feature. Well, I received the wrong parts. I called in the next time in hopes of getting what I need from speaking to a person. I used the "we will call you back" feature only to be placed in the que again. As I have found the prices to be the same as other companies, I think I will try someone else next time"

Never sent my order.
"I ordered several parts and one of the items was out of stock. Instead of sending what they had they said they would have to charge extra to split the order up."

Shipped without any sort of packaging material
"Ended up having to get the same part twice, when they packed the box they didn’t put any packaging material into it, so the parts were loosely bouncing around the box. This led to a hairline crack that I didn’t see when i unpacked it, and it broke one of the ears off that hold it in the engine. Other than that, they’ve been good about most things"

Worked out in the end
"Ordered $1300 in parts. Got an email with in stock and dates to ship. Got another email with revised dates that were over a month longer. Cancelled the parts that wouldn’t ship right away. Parts came in a crushed/ ripped sloppy taped box from UPS. Called Partzilla and was told it wasn’t their box. Was told to ship crushed gaskets back and as soon as they got the UPS RMA my exchange parts would ship. Evidently, not the case. Got another email that said parts would ship in two months. BTW, your website showed in stock and customer service told me in stock. Ended up canceling those parts and just kept what was able to ship. Got the other parts from your competitor."
