"I needed a Starter Relay Solenoid replacement on my 2k2 Honda VTX1800c. I tried one of the $9 solenoids on Ebay, just to see if I could fix it for that price. Started 3x and died. "I placed an order on Monday 3/17, paid for 2 day shipping, item showed to have shipped on Tuesday 3/18. After sending message through website, to which I received no reply, I finally received email from UPS Monday 3/24 that package should arrive Wednesday 3/27. Still no contact from Partzilla explaining why package is so late or an offer to refund cost of shipping or anything that would make me want to continue to do business with them."

We do apologize that there was a delay with the carrier on this order. We have reviewed the shipping and show that we shipped this order on 3/18, in Albany, GA, however, UPS did not scan the package until 3/24, in Atlanta, GA. There seems to have been an issue with the carrier. A full shipping refund is being issued due to this delay. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We have also reviewed all incoming communications and did not find an email in our queue from you until today, 3/25. It appears there may have been an issue when sending your original message.
"The purchase (take your $) part is as expected with an online purchase.
However the delay in actually shipping and the choice of shippers leaves a good bit to be desired. Literally, Pony Express would have gotten 4 small oil seals to me quicker than the cheapest method possible that the company elects to use."

"There is no way on the website to see if your item is “in stock.” I expect when I pay for express shipping )1-3days) to get my item in the same week. I ordered 2/24 and I got an email 2 days later it would be in stock 2/27/25, now it says my item will not be arriving until 3/6/25"

Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email. We also have the option of Rush Shipping at checkout, which ships all in stock items immediately, and the remainder once they arrive.
Matching parts is not easy but this team can handle the challenge
