"Normally I enjoy shopping at peebles. Tonight I did not have a good experience with the young lady at the checkout. She was very unfriendly and did not understand how to use my reward coupons. I had 5 sweaters and was unsure if I wanted the one. I ask her to price check it for me. She did not do this and proceeded to tell me that I had to ring up my sweaters all separately because of using my reward dollars. I have never had to do this before. She rang up the 1st 4 sweaters using my coupons, then when she got to the last one,the 1 I wasnt sure about, she rang it up and I told her I didn't want it. I told her to use the 20.00 coupon on one of the other sweaters. I was told at this time, that I couldn't do that. Her reason was that she would have to return the other sweaters and my coupons were already used and she couldn't use them again. I ended up buying the 5th sweater that I really didn't want to use my 20.00 coupon and not lose the other 2 10.00 coupons she already rang though."
